Welcome! I’m Mel Walls, the designer behind Atelier Style Co. I’m a Surface Designer, Illustrator and Artist.
I live on the South Coast of New South Wales Australia, creating surface designs and illustrations for licensing, as well as original artworks.
The inspiration for my designs comes from my beautiful surrounds. I live in a small town with the ocean on one side and vibrant green rolling farmland on the other side, a truely special place.
My style incorporates and embraces imperfections, with organically sketched and abstract painted motifs, lots of texture, and limited tonal colours. I love the beauty in simplicity and always create with timeless style in mind.
In my spare time, you’ll find me with a coffee and a great interior design book in hand!
